This Sound Bath experience, led by Sound Healer and vocalist Maïa Nunes, will use the power of the voice, frequency and vibration to resonate across the emotional, spiritual, mental and physical bodies of attendees. Using vocal toning and a variety of healing instruments to surface and clear stagnant energy, Maïa’s sound bath will soothe the nervous system and bring energy into balance encouraging soul-level healing and alignment.
Please wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a bottle of water.
