Aeterna is a movement-based film that explores the feeling of personal insignificance when confronted with the complexity of human existence. By combining choreography and cinematography, the film plays with distorting the human form, offering a visual representation of our place in the world.

The film tells the story of ten people, from diverse backgrounds and different generations, who take part in a workshop of the same name. Through exercises derived from the dance practice of choreographer and dancer Daniel Linehan, they work around the theme of time and work. They share their evolving perspectives on their talents and how they can spend time meaningfully together. At the heart of the workshop, deep connections emerge through valuable and surprising exchanges.
