What is an ending and when does it happen? Can a practice of dance help us transition between one thing and another, between this moment and the next? Are your endings like my endings? Are they awkward / incomplete / funny-not- funny? Do they come from inside, or out?

Beginning with Horses is a talk and film sharing that explores beginning (again). Lucy Cash is an interdisciplinary artist whose work in screendance, performance and installation grows out of thinking choreographically. For her new research project, she is exploring relationships between humans and the more-than-human: what we can learn about empathy, connection and flourishing from the world around us.
